This Privacy Policy explains how Nexores Commerce LTD ("NexoresFX", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal information when you use https://nexoresfx.com and the related services (the "Service").
1. Who we are

2. Information we collect
- Account information. When you sign up we receive your name, email address and profile picture from our authentication provider (Clerk). We assign you an internal account identifier.
- Content you create. The text prompts you submit, the audio files generated from them, titles, favourites and other library metadata.
- Usage and billing data. Credit balances, generation history, plan information and, where applicable, payment status from our payment processor. We never store full card numbers.
- Technical data. IP address, browser type, device information, timestamps and server logs collected automatically when you use the Service.
- Messages. Anything you send us via the contact form or email.
3. How we use information
- To provide, operate and improve the Service, including generating audio from your prompts and storing it in your library.
- To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
- To process credits, subscriptions and payments.
- To respond to support requests and communicate about the Service.
- To monitor abuse, enforce our Terms of Service and comply with legal obligations.
4. Audio generation and third-party processors
To generate sound effects we transmit your text prompt (and generation settings such as duration) to third-party AI audio providers acting as our processors. These providers process prompts to return audio and are contractually bound to use the data only for that purpose. We do not send your name, email address or account identifier to generation providers. We also rely on the following categories of service providers: authentication (Clerk), hosting and storage, payment processing, email delivery and analytics. A current list is available on request.
5. Legal bases (EEA / UK users)
We process personal data to perform our contract with you (providing the Service), on the basis of our legitimate interests (security, product improvement, fraud prevention), to comply with legal obligations, and, where required, with your consent.
6. Retention
Account data is kept for as long as your account exists. Generated audio and prompts remain in your library until you delete them or close your account, after which they are removed from active systems within 30 days and from backups within 90 days. Server logs are retained for up to 12 months. We may keep billing records for as long as required by tax and accounting law.
7. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the processors described above, with professional advisers, when required by law or legal process, to protect our rights or safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets (in which case this policy continues to apply).
8. International transfers
Our providers may process data outside your country. Where data is transferred out of the EEA, UK or Switzerland we rely on adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. You can delete individual sounds from your library at any time and request account deletion by emailing support@nexoresfx.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
10. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to protect the Service from abuse. We do not use advertising cookies. Any optional analytics cookies are only set with your consent. The contact page embeds a Google Maps frame to show our office location; Google may set its own cookies when that frame loads, under Google's privacy policy.
Support tickets you open, including their messages, are stored with your account so our team can respond and so you can see the history. They are retained under the same rules as account data.
11. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 16 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong, unique password and report any concerns to support@nexoresfx.com.
13. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Service or by email. The "Last updated" date above shows the current version.
